Status Update
We have finished the script for our movie and now we are figuring out film locations.
So far we have found places but we haven’t been getting permission to film so, we need to find a place that we can get permission.
Research Status Update
We are going to set up a movie night and watch assassin movies at one of our houses. We have not been able to set it up yet because not everyone’s schedule works out the same due to five minute films, and work, etc.
We are hoping to continue to have after school meetings to work on the script.
I believe we are problem free! For now.
Research
When it comes to action films, what type of action do you prefer or like most? (explosions, car chases, gun fights, hand to hand combat, spies, etc.)
Our research will consist of critiquing assassin/action films. We will be using the movies to find camera angles that we like, fight sequences, characters and the storyline.
We can use the information we get to see how most assassin movies are portrayed. This will help us reach a higher professional level because we can incorporate professional techniques into our film.
We will probably have a movie night at one of our houses so we can view the films.

Capstone Update
-Last week we began our script.

We have been meeting every day instead of two days a week. We also try not to rush on our script because we want it to be solid.
Status Update
Last week Austin, Elaine, Nathaniel and I finished our character profiles.
This week we are beginning our script.
We will continue to meet twice a week and work on the script and simultaneously work on the story board.
We plan to begin shooting in the beginning of January.
Status Update
We are going to be meeting today and Wednesday. We have been meeting every Monday and Wednesday to develop our story. We will also be having a movie night on Friday to get inspiration. Today and Wednesday we will be discussing our characters and begin the treatment.
Deliverables
We will be making a film, website, and a promotional poster.
The film is an assassin movie. It will be about 30-40 minutes. We are going to have some special effects and some dramatic irony.
The website will have a trailer and other information about the production of our film.
The poster will have a screen shot out of the movie or a picture shot for the film poster.
